The client's problem
IITian Forum is a maths coaching practice led by Ritesh Raj, an IIT Delhi M.Sc graduate, teaching JEE, RMO and INMO students online. Students came through word of mouth and messages, and enrolment, demo scheduling and practice material all lived in separate places. The practice needed one platform where a student could judge the teaching, book a demo, pay for a programme and keep practising between classes.
