The client's problem
Most health apps in India start in English and stop there, which leaves out many of the people who most need care. The goal was a service where someone in Odisha could describe what is wrong in the language they think in, and where software organises the information but a licensed doctor makes every medical decision. Nothing could reach the patient until a doctor had read it and put their name to it.
Our contribution
We designed and built it end to end, including:
- Product and interface design for the patient and doctor journeys
- Front end in English, Hindi and Odia
- Guided symptom intake that turns answers into a structured record
- Doctor queue with single ownership, so two doctors never edit the same record
- Sign-off flow that keeps results hidden until approval, then releases a PDF
- Deployment and hosting on Vercel

A five-step path to a signed record
Symptoms become a structured record of what the patient reported, with nothing invented or diagnosed. A doctor picks it up, corrects or adds to it, and signs. Only then does it open for the patient.
