What Digital Marketing includes
Google Ads search campaigns
Keyword research, negative keyword discipline, ad copy and ad group structure built around the queries that indicate someone is ready to buy.
Performance Max and remarketing
Broader Google inventory and return visitor campaigns, introduced once there is enough recorded conversion data for the bidding to optimise against.
Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram
Audience definition, creative variants, placement choices and campaign structure for demand that has to be created rather than captured.
Landing pages and A/B testing
Pages built for a specific ad group rather than a generic homepage, then tested on headline, proof, form length and pricing clarity.
Conversion tracking and analytics
Analytics implementation, event and goal configuration, offline and CRM conversion imports, and verification that each event fires once in the live environment.
Lifecycle and process automation
Enquiry routing, follow-up sequences and internal handoffs automated so a captured lead reaches someone who can answer it.
How much should I spend on Google Ads to start?
Start with a budget that buys enough clicks in one narrow segment to teach you something, rather than a budget spread across everything you sell. The useful question is not the monthly figure but the click cost in your category: if a click costs sixty rupees and you need roughly fifty clicks to judge a landing page honestly, that is the floor for a single campaign, not for the whole account. Small budgets fail when they are set against broad keywords, wide locations and every service at once, because the daily spend is exhausted before any one audience sees enough of the ad to react. We would rather run one campaign on your highest-intent keywords in one city than five campaigns that each collect fragments of data. Pacing matters as much as the total: daily caps, bid strategy and the hours you allow decide whether the budget lands in your best windows or drains overnight. Those get set deliberately and reviewed weekly.
Why does conversion tracking need to exist before spend starts?
Because without it the spend produces clicks and no information, and the opening weeks of a campaign are exactly when information is worth most. Tracking implemented after launch cannot be backdated: the conversions that happened in that period are unrecoverable, bid strategies that depend on conversion signals have nothing to learn from, and you are left judging campaigns on click volume, which says nothing about whether anyone enquired. Implementation means a clean analytics setup, a defined list of events that correspond to real business actions — form submitted, call started, quote requested, checkout completed — and goals configured so each is counted once and attributed to a source. Server-side or offline conversion imports matter where the sale actually closes in a CRM rather than on the page. We do this work first, verify the events fire correctly in the live environment, and only then let the budget begin.
Can paid advertising fix a weak landing page or an unclear offer?
No, and this is the most common reason campaigns disappoint. Paid traffic amplifies whatever the page already does: if one visitor in a hundred enquires, buying ten times the traffic buys ten times the enquiries and ten times the cost, with the underlying problem untouched. A page that does not state plainly what you sell, who it is for, roughly what it costs and what happens after the form is submitted will convert poorly regardless of targeting precision. Our angle is practical rather than diplomatic: because we build the site and the tracking, an underperforming campaign can be answered by changing the page, the form, the offer wording or the funnel steps, instead of only adjusting bids. That means landing pages built for the specific ad group rather than a shared homepage, and A/B testing confined to the elements that plausibly matter. Fix the page first, then increase the spend behind it.
Should I run Google Ads or Meta ads first?
Google Ads first if people already search for what you sell; Meta ads first if they do not know it exists. Search campaigns capture existing demand — someone typing a service and a city has a problem and is shopping — so intent is high and the work sits in keyword selection, negative keywords, ad copy and the match between ad and landing page. Performance Max extends reach across Google's wider inventory and is useful once you have conversion data worth optimising against, less useful as a starting point because it gives you little control over where the money goes. Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram work on a different premise: you choose the audience rather than the query, creative does most of the work, and the path from first impression to enquiry is longer. Many businesses eventually need both, with Google holding demand that exists and Meta creating it. We would still start with one and prove it.
How accurate is attribution, and what can it actually tell me?
Attribution is directional rather than exact, and treating it as exact leads to poor decisions. The gaps are structural: people research on a phone and buy on a laptop, cookie lifetimes are short, browsers and operating systems restrict cross-site tracking, consent choices remove a share of users from measurement entirely, and platform-reported conversions are self-reported by the platform that wants the credit. Expect Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager between them to claim more conversions than your CRM recorded. What attribution does reliably is show relative patterns: which campaigns, keywords and audiences consistently precede enquiries, which pages lose people, and how cost per enquiry moves when you change something. We implement it properly, cross-check platform figures against analytics and your own records, and recommend decisions based on direction and magnitude rather than a single decimal place. Where sales close offline, importing those outcomes back into the platforms narrows the gap considerably.
Digital Marketing questions
What needs to be in place before you start running ads?
A landing page that states the offer clearly, working analytics, conversion events defined for the actions that matter to the business, and someone on your side who will respond to enquiries. If any of those are missing we build or fix them first. Starting a budget against untracked traffic and an unclear page spends money to learn nothing, and the cost of that lesson rises with the budget.
Can you guarantee a number of leads or a cost per lead?
No. Lead volume and cost depend on your market, your pricing, your competitors' bidding, seasonality and how quickly you respond to enquiries — most of which sit outside our control. Anyone quoting a guaranteed cost per lead before seeing your account and your page is guessing. What we commit to is a tracked setup, a written account structure, visible reporting and honest assessment of whether the numbers justify continuing.
What does lifecycle automation have to do with advertising?
Advertising ends at the enquiry; the money is made after it. Lifecycle and business-process automation covers what happens next: routing the enquiry to the right person, sending the acknowledgement, following up on a schedule rather than when someone remembers, and pushing the outcome back into your analytics so closed business can be matched to the campaign that started it. A fast, consistent follow-up usually improves results more than a bid change.
Do I still need paid ads if I am already doing SEO?
They answer different problems. SEO compounds slowly and costs nothing per click once rankings hold, but it cannot be switched on for a launch or a specific campaign. Paid ads produce traffic immediately and stop the moment the budget does. Running both is common: paid traffic tells you which messages and keywords convert, and that evidence makes the SEO work more targeted than keyword volume alone would.
Who owns the ad accounts and the tracking setup?
You do. Campaigns run in your Google Ads and Meta business accounts with us granted access, not inside an agency account you cannot take with you. The same applies to analytics properties, tag configuration and conversion definitions. If you move to another team, the account history, the conversion data and the documentation stay with you, which is also what keeps the historical data useful.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are a small full-stack studio in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, working with clients in India, the UAE, the USA and Canada. Campaign work is remote and written: a documented account structure, agreed conversion definitions, reporting you can read without a call, and changes logged so you can see what was altered and why. Calls are scheduled to suit your time zone.
Tell us what you are trying to sell
Send the page you would send traffic to, what you sell, who buys it and the budget you have in mind. We will tell you what we would track first, which platform we would start on, and whether we think paid traffic is the right next step at all.
